Terms of Service

These Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PeelKit and the products sold at trypeelkit.com, go.trypeelkit.com, and app.trypeelkit.com (the "Service"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

PeelKit is a library of pre-tested AI image templates and an AI image generator for Shopify product photography. Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the templates and generator for your own commercial Shopify stores.

Starter ($39): 30 templates, 30 generations, 5 styles, 20 niches.
Pro ($57): 100+ templates, 100 generations, 7+ styles, 30+ niches, 24/7 support.

2. What you may and may not do

You may use generated images for your own Shopify stores, paid ads, email, and social content — unlimited commercial use.
You may not resell, redistribute, rehost, or sublicense the templates, the generator, or your account access to any third party.
You may not use the Service to generate illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.

3. Payment

All payments are one-time and processed by Stripe in USD. Prices are shown at checkout and include a 14-day money-back guarantee as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Account & access

After purchase you create a free account at app.trypeelkit.com using the same email you used at checkout. Keep your login credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Updates & availability

"Lifetime updates" means that while PeelKit operates, you receive new templates and improvements at no extra cost. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any specific feature will be maintained indefinitely.

6. Intellectual property

The templates, prompts, and generator code are the intellectual property of PeelKit. Images you generate using your own product photos belong to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. PeelKit makes no guarantees about specific business outcomes (revenue, conversion rate, CTR). Testimonials on the site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeelKit's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination for breach, no refund is owed.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PeelKit is established. Disputes will be resolved there.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
